These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all mobile video games, applications, and digital services published by Lasag Dev ("we", "us", "our"), including Stickman Ping Pong Table, Bamboo Skyguard, and Stretchy Hero Bullet Escape distributed through the Amazon Appstore, as well as our official website lasagdev.com (the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or playing our Apps, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not install or play our Apps.
1. Limited Entertainment License
Lasag Dev grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, install, and execute our Apps on personal mobile devices you own or control, solely for your private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Permitted Conduct & Restrictions
When using our Apps, you agree that you will NOT:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code or gameplay logic of the Apps.
- Distribute, rent, lease, or resell the Apps, game builds, or any assets without prior written authorization.
- Employ cheats, memory editors, speed hacks, automated bots, or exploits that alter gameplay balance or leaderboard scores.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the network connectivity or security architecture supporting our Services.
- Use the Apps in violation of any applicable local or international statutory laws.
3. In-App Purchases, Billing & Refunds
Where virtual items, ad-removal upgrades, or consumables are made available in our Apps:
- Platform Billing: All financial transactions are managed and billed exclusively by the Amazon Appstore (Amazon In-App Purchasing).
- Store Refund Policies: Any request for a refund must be handled according to Amazon's digital content refund policies. Lasag Dev does not process, store, or hold credit card details.
- Virtual Currency & Items: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and are non-transferable outside the game.
4. Third-Party Advertisements
To keep games such as Stickman Ping Pong Table, Bamboo Skyguard, and Stretchy Hero Bullet Escape free to play, we may display third-party advertisements. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party advertisements or external links provided within such ad units.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Apps, including titles, characters, artwork, graphic animations, audio, code, and the Lasag Dev brand name and logo, belong exclusively to Lasag Dev. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.
6. Availability, Patches & Updates
We reserve the right to deploy updates, balance gameplay, add or remove features, or terminate support for any App or version at our sole discretion. Certain updates may be required for the App to function properly on updated operating systems.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASAG DEV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LASAG DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR GAME PROGRESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPS.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how diagnostic and operational data is handled.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be indicated by the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps following revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
